popping fuses

WRONG. Never increase a fuse size because you are blowing them.
Ummmmmm... not always true but in this situation yes! never if you aren't fully aware of the problem

Some amps you can run under ohm or have modded and the stock fusing isn't enough. but for this situation would be a good way to burn your car to the ground

yes. Disconnect the rcas. If the amp stays on and the fuse dosnt pop, its the rcas. Replace them. If the fuse stiil blows with the rcas out, its the remote wire. All assuming the ground is good and grounded near the amps to the chassis, and the Power wire is run straight to the battery, with a fuse near the battery.

so did all of the above decided to take the amp apart nowis it just me or is the soldering from the 12v spose to be touching the solder or connection for the remote?

The fuses are in the amp to protect it's circuitry. If you are drawing enough current through the amp's circuit to pop a fuse, then you are over driving that amp. Whether from running it at a lower than recommended impedance, or a "modded" amp, the fuse size was still chosen to protect the board in certain points.
