Actually if its just mounting marine speakers under a vehicle (or any part of the exterior for that matter) then yes I have seen and heard it. Plenty of SUV's from the hood did this back in the day. While I was living in 3rd ward it was common, and today I still think it is retarded.

Miked Mad- i live in raleigh but lived in south carolina for 10 years. But Before Everyone was putting lifts on caprices and crown victorias with 22, 24, 26, and 28 inch rims. i was basicly seeing chevy C10's with 454 big blocks in them with 40 inch boggers " always wanted one" . But in my opinion i dont like all that stuff, I will be good with 88 deville, 26's, and 2 18's in the trunk. not racist, just saying important things come first.

what he do

first he built a delsol strictly for show but never finished it. not b/c of haters just b/c he got tired of messing with it.

then he painted his bike with special paint that changes to heat NOT LIGHT unless its like sunlight. the paint was $690 for 8 oz. and everybody hated.

bought a hummer and everybody hated but not near as bad since he put 28's on it.

and he just got done building his delsol. i dont like imports all that much but this delsol is one of the lightest cars out there and its putting out near 350 horses and will hold up its on against anything around here just b/c its so **** light.

but h-town if one person does something everybody does it so theres not gonna be that much hating.
