POP noise

I have 2 12" mmats procast in a ported box powered by a jbl 1200.1 and when it is playin loud sometimes the subs make a popping noise, it's mostly on deep bass, and they also make the noise when i turn off the car. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had my remote wired to my fuse box and stuff before.. and every time I turned on my lights or something else that uses the cars electricity.. my subs would pop.

I believe (but not completely sure) that if you put some kind of resistor inline with the remote that it will soften the turn-on/off. I'll look into it some more.
