polk audio pa500.4 or soundstream tx4.560??

im trying to choose an amp for my component speakers. my headunit is pioneer deh 5900ib. i have polk audio mm6501 6.5's and im picking up polk 6x9 for the rears. im trying to find an amp for them any ideas??? i was reading good reviews on the polk audio pa500.4 but was also looking at soundstream. the 6.5's are 125w continous 250w max... im looking to spend about $300. open to suggestions. thanks
