Sealed=usually better sq. Ported box=loud and if you tune lower, you will have better sound quality. If you tune higher, it will be more 'booomy'

so like pretty mush a ported box is the way to go. but i also heard if u tune ur box low than it will only hit hard with some songs????????thx for the other comment though i really do appreciate it

I'd go ported and tune in the high 20's or low 30's if you want a mix of spl and sq.
