Plugging a subwoofer into a wall outlet....

So I should hook it up like..... + from one sub to one of the plugs terminals, - from that sub to the + on the other sub, and - from that sub to the plugs other terminal?

The Radio shack sub caught on fire. that mofugga was loud. a Set of pioneer 6x9's each (done one @ a tyme) shot a huge ****ing spark.
