plexiglass or acrylic back plate questions

Looked but couldn't find anything on google or here. Where do you get the material to make these custom panels? What kind of cooling should I incorporate? Amp is a Ampere Audio 3800.1 (Saz3500v1) I plan on lighting the inside as well.

Home Depot and Menards should have 1/8" and 1/4" acrylic(plexi) and polycarbonate(lexan). If you need thicker then estreet will have it...
