Please help

I just intalled Alpine headunit with blaupunk eq, and amps.

it plays CD but when I switch it into Tuner, the eq and the amps turn off, and the headunit is still on.

Do you guy know what's wrong with it?

Please forgive me if this is an insulting question but by chance is your description inadvertently backwards? It plays fine when in tuner mode but your amps/EQ will shut off in CD mode though the head unit is still on and operating fine as far as you can tell?

no, it's the other way around, it plays fine in CD mode, but not on Tuner mode.

On Tuner mode, the headunit is still on, but all other are shutoff.

I think you gonna have to do some serious trouble shooting on this one.

bypass the eq and see if you are able to get the HU to play music in tuner mode. If you get the same result chances are the HU is not working correctly and a return to the place of purchased is in place!
