Mb Quart Rce-269 And Extra Tweeters

I need good advice, a friend just gave me a set of tweeters with crossovers that came with MB Quart RCE-269 set, his wife through away without knowing the mids 6x9 thinking that they were bad, they where all most new, he had taken them out to re-wire them. Well I have the same MB Quart installed in my truck, on the front and MB Quart-216 component at the back, would like to know if I can installed an aditional set of these tweeters, if I can, any body has any ideas? it's possible. why you'd want a set of comps in back idk. i hear imaging can be a ***** that way.
