PLEASE HELP TONIGHT LOST headlights and brake lights after installing deck

I just installed an alpine cd player using a harness in an 02 cougar and now it has no lights headlights or brake lights. Does anyone know what can cause this ? Thanks

did you cut the harness.. it must be the wrong harness if you used one cause they are tied together through the harness..

check ALL fuses under hood under dash you prob blew one

tail lights and dash lights work off the sam fuse...the illumination orange wire must of touched the deck and shorted out
