Bassheads Unite
Ok so I have two Kicker DS Series 6.5 coaxial speakers. They are absolutely great when it comes to the treble, but I have a problem on the bass end on only ONE of them. For some reason the passenger speaker makes a slight humming noise when turned up, and it can be heard over music, and I don't quite understand it. The other one doesn't do it at all. This speaker has been doing it ever since I got it and my dumba$$ tried to make some new holes in the door with a drill and dropped the drill and busted the speaker face, but it's siliconed now and air tight. I must admit ever since getting it siliconed, it does sound a lot BETTER, (I don't know why) but it's still making the noise. And because of me breaking it, it voids the warranty //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/pissed.gif.9f665f96bc89e98e708dabd4580bb591.gif. So what could it be, and what could I do do stop it?
I have them ran directly from a JVC KD-R320 Headunit, all EQ settings are on 0. Please help.
