Please help me

OK a wjile ago when amp wasn't working right I took my car to a shop and the changed some things to the install and recently I noticed the remote turn on wire sticking out of the side door panel so I pushed it back in. Now my alarm doesn't even work!!! I took the panel off and checked the wire and the reomte turn on wire was going to one of my fuses and it was wrapped around one of my fuses, the fuses wasn't even plugged all the way in. Now every since they changed my install when I turn my key to accessories the radio doesn't even come on and the windows won't roll down. And now my alarm doesn't even work. That shop seems kinda shady and I think they ****ed up something on my car. The car is a 2000 Monte Carlo SS. I need advice, I don't even have the reciept either.

Factory alarm or aftermarket? Did they install it?

take it back and have them fix it. if they dont, call the BBB
