K3B, XCDRoast, or the cdrecord command in BASH will do it.

can i drag files on to a cd in my computer? would that work? because i have no other program

It might, I think the MS/Roxio built in burner app likes to autoconvert MP3 data to music when burning a CD. Be sure to tell it you're burning a DATA CD sometime before it starts writing to the disk.
