Please help me on box calculating and tuning

yeah, I know... I read it. The bondo is easier, way easier.

Do you have any idea what "up to 3db" of gain really means? It means a little more output. 3 dB is the smallest amount the human ear will ever notice. So "up to" means your ear probably won't tell a difference. But, to a meter 3 dB is quite an accomplishment.

Ummm, YES...i do just might "an idea" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

But I was stating it won't be drastic, I skimmed over you're post and didn't notice the "up to" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Okay, sorry.... I just became the person I hate on forums... You know the guy who takes things way too literal and gets all bent out of shape. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/peace.gif.2db28b618ed8d1964ebbe2f5021d2c39.gif

The human ear can actually detect about a 1dB increase in most cases, and 3dB just so you know, is twice the pressure. Rounding the corners won't increase it that much by any means, but as stated you'll get rid of some resonance and probably increase the output by a bit.
