Please Help! Material stuff that should be used for the box

I could any one please help me and tell me does it matter if i use rexene on a woofer box. why i use rexene because when it gets hot it sticks to the ground kind of fixing the woofer box in the trunk. But i heard that rexiene stops vibrations so it would stop the bass ? It looks cool and it is very easy to clean. If rexene is not fit for a woofre box what kind of material should i use or should i just paint it.

Stoppin vibrations been rattle most likely and thats a good thing to rid of in a c ar i odnt think it will tkae away bass. are u using it on the whole box?

well not inside the box but yess my father got a furniture furm. so the carpenter there can tightly fit it on the whole box
