so im new to the whole car audio scene and im looking to get a whole system put in my car ( which is a 88 buick regal) i was thinking of getting the Kenwood Excelon KDC-X591 head unit but if anybody can think of a better one thats cool to but other then the head unit i have no clue what to get im a fan of bass listen to mostly rap some rock likeing to spend about 1500 to 2000 in the sub amp area and 250 to 300 in in car speakers any if all help will be a huge help if anybody responds to this thanks for your time and advice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

idk...for a sub/ amp between $1.5k-2k...look for anything from Fi RE IA Massive Audio, Atomic wow honestly im drawing a huge blank on companies here..

amps...sundown, others...wow i cant think right now

try 2 15" kicker L7s with a 1500-2000 watt amp and should be plenty loud

thats no way to get ppl to want to help you... it was only an hour... are u that impatient?

check out the classifieds while ur here, they have some nice stuff for fairly cheap, beerdrnkr has a set of boston comps that are good... check his post.

for those u'll want a decent 2 channel amp

and i like the two L7s with an amp that pushes there rms wattage.

Wow man with that budget you got alot of options. wish i had that kind of budget for a system. crazy man . Some companys to really look into though Diamond , Sundown , Fi , Re , Rainbow , Focal , Orion and so many more.
