please help asap

hey guys. I recent just installed everything in my truck. sub etc. I just hooked it all up. I turn on my truck and nothing. I look on the amp to see if the little power light is light up..nothing.I am pretty sure I have everything right. Any help guys? Thanks. I refuse to go to bed tonight without htis working lol.

double check your fuses and maybe your remote line.

you can start with a dmm or test light and see if you are getting power to the amp from your batt also check if your getting power from your remote wire...

Check your fuses, wires, ground, etc.....dmm and test light would be your best friend here.....

I don't have a remote line. I got a knu kit. Says its built in?

you need a remote wire to teh amp. when it says built it, its probably a wire stuck to the rca's

yea, thats your problem, the remote turn on lead from the back off your headunit to the amp, its just a signal to turn the amp on when the radio turns on

****T IT. There was a wire in between them..which I thoguht u were supposed to take off. So I took it off. Now what? How can I reconnet it?

I had a set of RCA's where the remote turn on lead is in between them. I took the rca's apart like an idio.t I still have the remote turn on lead wire. How can I hook this back up? There is a remote part on my amp..but not part where I can just stick it in my hu. Thanks

just connect the wire you tore off to the remote input of the amp and the blue wire coming out of the back of your HU

connect the remote wire to the remote wire on your deck and the remote wire terminal on your amp.

the remote wire on the back of your head unit is the blue wire with white stripe most likely, just connect em together
