do any companies sell plate amps that are 600-800 watts, more specifically 750watts like svs has?

Why 750? I'd just get the BASH 500. From 500 to 1000 is only +3db output. If you can't afford the Dayton (which is a very nice piece), I'd get the BASH from OAudio or get the Dayton 500W while it's still on sale. If you need more power but can't afford the 1000W I'd go with a quality used pro amp.

cause when i read about subs with the best reviews, i mean super duper good reviews, the amps are usually anywhere from 550 - 800 watts and they're made by bash.

and in addition.........is there an audible difference between 350, 500, 750 and 1000 watts on a plate amp? how how do companies get plate amps that are 750 and 1100 watts from companies like bash and keiga? can regular people order them or are we all just relegated 250, 500 and 1000 watt amps/what partsexpress has?

There's no audible difference in the "marginal" power levels.

Typically 3db is accepted as the smallest discernible difference for the average person. So going from 500 to 750 would probably be inaudible, and going from 750 to 1000 would probably be inaudible. But from 500-1000 would be "slightly" louder. Every time you want to produce an audible difference (3db) you must double the power. That's why each step up is usually at least 2x as powerful (100, 250, 500, 1000, etc.).
