Plant Audio P-2250D or TT-2250D ? need advice

whats the differance besides cosmetics. any differances in performance.

also looking to get a new amp for my xxx 15 and im ona budget...

so what would give the best perormace on my xxx15 on a steady 13volt system? power acoustic a3000db, viper D2500.1, lanzar optidive 2000D. or the better of the 2 planet audio amps?

it's a dual 2 ohm xxx15.... looking for best SQ

Sure, get the Viper if you want to run it at 4 ohms. THE VIPER 2500 IS NOT 1 OHM STABLE. I cant understand why the people above would recommend it to you, they obviously have no experience with it. Id actually get the Lanzar ove the PA amps....the Opti series will do rated power, and more..

Of the 2 get the TT2250, and to the guy who rated the power acoustik 2 and planet audio last...do you realize that they use the same boards? I would take planet audio over power acoustik anyday. Viper is the best of the above but it won't do 1 ohm, so I'd say the opti then planet audio, then power acoustik, viper is good but not for what you need. From what I've seen the opti is not underrated, it took .5ohms to put out 2000w, but it is still a good amp and will put out plenty of power for a XXX.

the tt2250d is the older series of the planet audio line the p2250.1 is last years and this years line. there is a post out there some where that showed a bench test of the p2250.1 was tested at 2251 watts. not sure of truth of it but thats what was posted

I believe the p2250 is from the year before the tt2250. I think its the bb and vx that are this years model.

well i think landed on a modded mtx 1501d but thanks for the help guys, i just wanted to know which of those 2 PA amps were newer/better...

the p2250 is older than the TT one. I love the P series though so i stick with that
