Alright, well my pioneer head unit is pooping out on me and now i'm thinking about getting a single din flip out, touchscreen navigation unit.. You know like a ****** cheap one because i'm on a budget sadly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif so probably brands like dual, pyle ect. would be what i'd get..
The only reason i'd want the touchscreen and flip out though is for the navigation, and maybe some videos.. I already know you can bypass the videos and drive with that, but when you're driving and have navigation running set to an address is the ****** gonna not let me listen to the radio or cds?
All I need on navigation is a rough guideline of where I have to and tells me what streets are next.. Ya I could just use google maps and print a sheet out but who wants to go through all that trouble, plus you have a guided line telling you where to go.. Anyways I use navigation on my phone all the time and it's not to appealing anymore and would rather have an all in one system...
so the question is:
Can you listen to music while running navigation on a head unit? If not is there a way to bypass it?!
Here is an example head unit: Dual XDVDN9131 In-Dash Video Receivers (With Screen) at Onlinecarstereo.com
