I didnt know if there is a danger zone bleow the port frequency (Im a prot noob)

Have you read the gain setting tutorial on here? It is very helpful. And yes you can damage your subs if you don't have proper settings on your amp. Especially with that much power with a ported enclosure.

Ok so going by that fomrula I did 1000 (which what the amp should put out @3ohmsright/ plus its within the w7s power range) x3=3000 sqrt=54.77 is that right?
