Are planet audio speakers any good? According to the sales person I spoke to he said that they were just as good as mb quart. Do they **** or not. This is the first time I have heard of this brand.

a sales person will tell you anything to make you buy their product... im in that business myself, but im only a stock guy. i see it all though.

I've heard a pair of PA 6x9 2 ways in a friends car before and I can tell you from what I heard, even tho they were 6x9 they still sounded pretty dam* good. But I would try to stay away from oval speakers tho.

its all a matter of prefrence, Ive only heard one set of planet speakers and they were decent, although that was awhile ago and theyve come out with new stuff by now probably. As far as comparing them to MB Quart you would have to make that judgement on your own. You either like MB's or you hate them, personally I like 'em, but thats just me.

Do you know how long Planet Audio has been in the industry and whether their equipment is realiable?

My sister has a Planet Audio Amp in her car and it sounds great. Ive hear the speakers also and think they sound very good. I dont know if they are as good as MB quart cause ive never heard MB quart but I know that the Planets are nice.

Thanks a lot guys. I think I'll pick up a set of their component speakers and I'll put a posting in, in a few weeks to let you know if I like them. Your help was greatly appreciated.
