It's two hours? My friends drives up to LA all the time, and he also said it was two hours.

Like I said.. 300$ ticket? or 700$ ticket?

I'm going to school to be a avionic tech, at Pittsburgh Aeronautical Institute and here's something that may make you feel better.
For every system that's on the plan their is 3 completely separate backup for that.

Also its like for every 100 hours in the air it needs 30 hours of work the FAA requires that this certain parts get changed out even if they look brand new.

That is somewhat comforting.

Well considering my parents aren't millionaires.. Also, it's just what makes sense... It's not like I'm getting a lower quality flight.

True banana balls,but those wings are really hard to take off to be honest.

Also with a cheaper flight the people that offer those,bought older planes and use alot of knock off parts and they out source their work because its to expensive to keep in house employee's its pretty much a pyramid scheme.

So they shave safety and employee's to max profit.

I hate flyinh but not because I'm scared, but because I only fly southwest and the spaces they allot for seating are terrible. That's all I'm allowed to use uness the city I'm going isn't in southwest's routine.

You need to do something about that for me.

I'm thinking of just having a couple drinks, I'm not going to be flipping shit, I just have it in the back of my mind that flying is bad.

That is what my mom does when she has to fly, but she gets shit faced! This was way back in the day though. I don't know if they let you on now if you get shit faced.................off course they do, they put bars all through out airports, lol!
