Are you charging the battery after it has gone dead with an actual battery charger? Its best to charge overnight on a low setting 0.2A if the battery has gone dead.

If you still have a problem, something is staying on with the key off. Do the amps turn on with the HU or was a remote wire sourced from a different wire? Anything fall into your cig lighter?

make sure the amp isnt on when the car isnt on... remote wire cud be touching power wire ect.

Sounds like a BAD new battery. Sometimes Autozone has DUDs in there stock. Have u gone back there and got it tested?...Also make sure all positive connections and ground connections throughout the vehicle are not loose and are all a good, firm connection...good luck

i dont have the time to charge it like that unfortunetly

im gonna see what happens tonight

all my extra stuff is wired to a circuit breaker, so i killed that and im gonna see if it starts up tonight.

To check for a "Battery Draw/Drain" is simple. Disconnect the NEG battery cable and connect a test light to the Neg battery "post" then connect the probe end of the test light to the Neg "cable". Make sure everything is off, doors closed, hood light bulb removed, key off and removed. If the test light is lit...you have a draw. If the test light is off...you have no draw.

To find a draw start by pulling fuses one at a time till the light goes out, then you have found the circuit the draw is coming from.

Remember if the doors are open the light will stay lit because of the interior lights.
