Pioneer TS-W310 - For Free Air Build - Yay Or Nay?

Planning on using the parcel shelf on my Polo, will be re-enforced with fibreglass.

I was planning on using Precision Power PPI PC.12 1600W however after reading some opinions on people here I need to get "Free Air" capable subs, I don't want an enclosure as I want my boot space.

Furthermore if you guys feel I can get better than those throw in a comment I will definetly take it into consideration.

Please bare in mind I am in the UK so there are some brands I can't get in the UK without paying shipping over here which will turn out too expensive.

Budget for 2 subs is £200 Pounds or be it $319.50 Dollars
