pioneer TS-W309D4, help find me an amp

well I am looking to install a system in my car that is versatile, i listen to 50/50 rock and rap. i want my system to punch a bit and achieve good response and sound quality. i am on a budget, $300-350, i was told that the pioneer TS-W309D4 was a good sub for the price. first question, is that sub pretty good, and second can someone please recommend an amp that would match the subs capabilities well to make it pound. Im also running a stock head unit without RCAs so keep in mind i am using speaker inputs to the amp, thanks
