Hello everyone im new here.
So i found in a box a jvc Kd-r610 radio I expect it to work because well it not very old i have no idea from where it come ahah
And i want to drop it in the ford explorer 2000 4 door. Because the radio is dead i think or the speaker or both... Can listen at low to mid volume but higher and when bass hit everything distort like mad.
So i being looking at speaker. And that my problem. I do know my home audio and headphone quality that i like.
But i have no idea how car audio work.
I have a pair of bookshelf here worth 120$ on a low power high quality amp 25w rms 2 channel worth 100$ and my own pc speaker worth 240$ + some in ear worth 90$.
But to have comparable quality to a 120$ pair of bookshelf that highly rated.
Do those 60$ canadian Pioneer TS-G6845R would sound good on that radio?
Just looking at my booshelf i would says yes it possible because they are probably like 30$ worth of wood per booshelf etc
I dont want to spend too much because the truck is already pretty old. Thank you
