Pioneer TS-C720PRS shortage?

I have been monitoring the availability of the Pioneer TS-C720PRS component set and slowly but surely they are becoming less and less available. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Same reason a lot of the PG RSd, Mach 5 Audio, and other stuff is hard to find in stock.

That make sense, but you would think Pioneer would keep up better with demand unless they're looking for a price increase.

They're relatively new (released within the last year I think), and I'm sure Pioneer wasn't expecting such a big initial reaction. They're probably just waiting for the market to balance out a bit before they ramp up production. And they can only make so much at one time.

I bought a set of 720prs but the woofers were too big to fit in my doors so i sold it to someone on the board and got another set of 520prs.

Yes, people do buy them and they're **** good comps for the price.

That's up to you. If you know these are the only comps you want and are willing to wait, then you're going to do so. If not, then it might be time for you to look at alternatives.

I ordered mine from wooferetc and got them in about 3 days... but this was several months ago...
