Pioneer TS-A1680R or CDT CL-6X speakers?

im lookin for a new pair of front speakers for cheap. the pioneers r goin for $49 here:

and the CDT's r 2 way speakers, not the components, and they r on sale for $47 here:

i dont have tweeters and am not looking for components. my max mounting depth is 2 1/4 inches. anyone know what the depth is on the CDT's? the pioneers r 4-way, with the woofer, midrange, tweeter, and supertweeter. the CDT's r 2 way. i know CDT's r better quality, but im not sure about the whole 4-way vs. 2-way thing. so, which speakers should i go with. other suggestions r welcome as long as the price is around the same. thanks for the help.
