Pioneer that smokes

Hey guys SO I recently Bought an Pioneer DEH-P4600MP from a local yard sale for 5 bucks. I bench tested it and it worked great. Any ways long story short. I installed it into my fullsize pickup and it likes to smoke when the volume is cranked up.

any 1 have an idea whats going on ??? MY stock unit worked good.

you are correct I pulled it apart and found a bad diode.. It was unsoldered. I re-soldered it and it just melted the solder again.
