Pioneer system and extras will it all work

Looking at the following into my Audi

Pio Z110bt

ND-MDT10 MSN Direct

CD-SB10 Sirius and connects

ND-BC2 backup cam

GEX-P20HD HD radio tuner

I am wondering about the HD tuner.

Reading reviews, this part is supposed to let both the AM/FM tuner and HD Radio tuner operate. But others have said you lose the am/fm option.

And with MSN direct, does that have any impact. I am surprised that Pioneer would sell this and force you to lose any functionality in the process
