Pioneer Steering Wheel Controller PAC SWI-PJ

I got this in last week and decided I don't need it. It has never been opened and has the latest 1.6.8 firmware which has the bluetooth compatibility. Was going to use this with my Pioneer 3300DVD. I'm just trying to get what I paid for it back...$40 shipped. It has the 1 year warranty through Woofersetc and the only reason its not going back is cause they want to charge me a $10 restocking fee.
