pioneer speakers vs kenwood,infinity,polk audio

hey...in crutchfield i was lookin at the ts-a1670r speakers from pioneer (61/2) anyway, i just wondered what they sound like compared to polk,kenwood, and infinity....im not a huge audiophile but i dont want some buzzy shit....and i want somethin that can be turned up constantly w/o distortion....and no im not gonna depend on my back speakers for much bass.....

you will probably want a component system, along with a 2 channel amplifier to power them. out of all those brands, infinity is probably thes best. component system up front, and some decent speakers for filler sound in the back.

ok...well how do the cdt classics or cambrias compare to excelons and infinitys? i think the cdt's r alittle cheaper...i do know that their rms is only 40 watts, but i prolly wont run them on an amp...at least not at first...and how bout polk audio? we've got some home audio speakers but ive never heard polk audio's car speakers....

well i have polk componets up front and i like them better than the infinity i had.. it wasnt the kappas, just the refrence, kappas may sound better than the polk, but polk over the reference series

k...i was thinkin about gettin polks up front....there just arent many car audio shops around to try out most of the brands...plus im a cheap *** sound i want all the bang for the buck i can get...sq helps too
