Can the Pioneer Rev series handle over 100w? I have an amp that does 140w, and i need a new set of components, and ive heard good things about these.

Not sure on power handling, but I'd just turn gains down.

on a side note: My older Polk 3-way 6x9s really didn't like anything over ~80w, when I put 120 or 180w on them they distorted to hell. Revs may be different, who knows.

Never used the comps but the coax's took 200 for a few minutes, but got stinky.

And you can always turn the gain down some, so they don't see full power or HP them around 110Hz or higher. I run coax's in the rear and they get plenty loud with around 75watts.
