Okay, here's the big brother to the PRS-X320 I have posted. This is a beautiful SQ amp which puts out somewhere north of 70w/ch @ 4 ohms. In addition, it has a very flexible x-over, allowing for high, low and band-pass crossing. The amp has been sprayed black with automotive enamel, and is in excellent physical and functional condition. Included is the chrome cover, with screws, and the mounting feet. The only issue is that a couple of the mounting feet cracked, so I epoxied them back together. They work fine, though. Specs can be found here:

Like i said, I have the X320 for sale as well ($125 shipped). The only trade that interests me is for a JL Audio 300/4. I'm only selling this because it is too large for my install space ... the JL (stacked with the 250/1 I already have) will fit perfectly. This beast weighs about 17 pounds, so shipping won't be cheap. I'm thinking that $150 shipped to the CONUS. If you have a 300/4 let me know and maybe we can work a deal. Here's some pics...
