Pioneer Premier p680mp problem - need help!

for some reason my headunit stop working. It seems like the face plate is toasted because the headunit still powers on, the amp still turns on and the face plate is still motorized but the face plate doesnt power on at all. Anybody know what the problem is?

Did you clean the contacts on both the head unit AND the faceplate? If not, that would be a good start.

i did that and the headunti still does not work. I believe it could be the ribbon cable.
