pioneer premier installation, please help

hey everyone, i have an older pioneer premier DEH-P67 deck i want to put in my car but i need some help. first off, its not new by any means, but it will work until i can save up for something different. i have a pontiac grand prix gtp and i want to hook up the steering wheel controls to it, but i was wondering if that is possible with this deck? i know they have those PAC controllers that can be used but i think you need to have a remote for the deck?? idk? and i also have a 12 disc changer in my trunk already that i also dont want to lose. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, THANKS

Yes you do need a remote to add an interface, or a higher end deck with a wired remote input (like a premier 860). You will lose the ability to use your factory changer if you install that deck.

it says its made to have multi cd control, i just dont know what i need to get that hooked in. if you'd like i can put a picture of the deck on here? thanks for the help what should i do?
