I remembered some on here asking to see how the display animations looked and how well it controlled iPods and Sirius... Well, here are some videos of my 880 i took last night... The HU rocks, i LOVE it... Very good SQ, and the ipod interface is very fast...

Do you prefer the white over the blue illumination? Does the display also turn blue when in blue mode or is it just the knobs?

Just the knobs. The display just cycles from black to white, but I believe you can turn that function off, so it remains one color.

aphex- does the 880prs not have a 2-line display for sirius? e.i) title and artist displayed together

I am also in LOVE with this head unit. This is an awesome piece. Have u tried the auto eq and time alignment? I just came in from doing that and it's like cheating almost...it sets everything up nicely and its so easy to do. For the price I dont think u can beat this headunit as for as SQ goes.

Correct, for Sirius it is 1 line at a time only... I just end up keeping the EQ on all the time and hit display when i wanna see the title...

yeah. that was the main reason i switch from the pio 8600 to the alp 9855, but that **** glide touch is really working me over. and that pio 880 is growing on me.
