Pioneer Parking Brake

Ya, you cannot just ground it. I have the pioneer avhp4300 and I needed to get a relay switch. Very cheap at amazon.com then go to youtube, put in pioneer parking brake bypass and they have a lot of videos showing exactly how to do it. It is really quite simple, I did it in like 3 minutes.

When you get the relay this is how you will need to wire it. I did it, and it works like a charm! Hope this helps.

Sorry I was away. I havent put it in yet but im going to get a relay on thursday. Ill let you know if it plays videos or not. It says it only plays them from an ipod?
