pioneer p4900dvd and kx600.4 interference

cant figure out if my amp ground is crappy or if its the head unit, ive grounded the rcasto chassis and head unit chassis and shielded the rcas with aluminum foil and grounded that as well. any help? ive tried 2 grounds and even hooked my jumper cables to the ground and to the neg on the battery with no difference.

Is it a buzzing sound, engine rpm (ignition) sound or ? What type of interference?

its alt whine but if the engine is off it still gets a little hum. and when i disconnect the rcas it stops
