Pioneer Kicker Rockford vs DC FI IA SSA ID Sundown

I was just curious as to how the Mainstream brands that everyone knows about compare to companies talked about on this forum. I realize most of the stuff mainstream companies make is cheaper and for a different type of market but for example

How does a sub like this compare to something like a FI Q or ID MAX ?

Im doing a new system that is going to be sealed and minimal space is available. With a Power handling of 1000, Sensitivity of 90, Small sealed enclosure recommended this seams to be something like what im looking for. but does this sub compare to a FI Q or something similar? If not could you tell me why in a more elaborate reason than because its made by Pioneer?
