i got a adaptor the other week installed it and didnt work,so i took it back and got another one.. installed this one in my truck..everything is hooked up correctly. my playlist and everything comes up but i have no sound???

make sure you have the IPbus cables in the right holes on the little box, if you turn on the ipod, and sound comes out of the head phones,but it comes up on your HU then you've got them backwards.

i did it once, couldn't figure out what the hell was wrong and that was it.

reverse the IP bus plugs on the Ipod box it will work properly then...The way they are labled is funny it is backwards from how they look //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif This is a common problem with these adapters...

yea it works now. the manual is wrong.
