Pioneer IP-Bus USB Adapter

Hi Guys

I have a pioneer P1Y headset. I was checking out the Pioneer website and came across the IP-Bus USB Adapter. i was just wondering weather this would be compatible with my headset. If anyone has any idea do let me know, a link to the product is below.
