Pioneer GM-5000T with dual 10 in subs?

Hey everyone, new here.

I have a Pioneer Gm-5000T amp (this one http://www.mobileonesales.com/product_p/gm5000t.htm) and I want to hook up these two 10 inch 1000 watt subs to it http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350126371066&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&viewitem=.

Would that work or would I blow my amp or something? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you set the gains correctly, it will work. You'll be underpowering them by quite a bit, but it will work.

Just set the gains correctly and avoid clipping the amp.

I really don't know about that claim that the subs are better than anything else in its price range, and that it'll destroy all its competition, but...

190 watts for each sub is good. those subs are more like 300 watts rms.

Thanks for the replies. How would this setup up sound? Would two subs recieving 190 watts each sound better than 1 sub recieving 350 watts?

look on the classifieds here on the sight for some riping and there are plenty PLENTY of nice guys willing to give you advice.
