Im considering purchasing this unit

My problem is, i want the audio to output through my car speakers. And my current headunit is a pioneer with AUX on the front for a 3.5mm cable.. Can i use the headphones output from the screen and go straight into the AUX on my headunit??.. Will i loose much sound quality?
