Pioneer EQ 2 Setting and Qfactor

I have the Pioneer DEH-P3000IB Head unit and was trying to understand these settings. I just got my diamond hex components in and I'm trying to tweek them a little bit. Other than just trying all the settings out and choosing what sounds best, I want an understanding of it... After that setting, theres a 1n-2n-1w-2w. What is all this?
