Pioneer DVH P5000mp Alt. whine

I know about the grounding rca "fix" on the head unit(haven't done it yet), but my car has TERRIBLE alt. whine when using aux or bluetooth. But if you're just listening to a cd, theres no problems.

Its Ip bus to the bluetooth and aux if that makes a difference.

My system: Headunit --> DSP --> Bluetooth module and amps.
