Pioneer DEH-P860MP

The motorized faceplate will not fold down so I can eject or insert any cd's. I called pioneer and they want $100 bucks to fix, but I would rather by the part and do it myself.

anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this or if they have had similar issues with motorized faceplates of any brand. Thanks

searh it on ebay. store called repair_techs can do it for less
