Pioneer DEH-P6600 Ipod Question.

What type of ipod interface will hookup with this head unit.

I've found these two products that may work for it.

I installed one of these

because i had an extra one but it doesnt work with this unit. I dont need to be able to control the ipod with the headunit, id actually prefer it to just be controlled by the ipod.

i belive either one will work

buy them both and if they dont work return them

get the second link, it charges the ipod as well..

i have a completely different one that allows you to use your head unit as the control of your ipod, and the information shows on my deck as well... much easier than using the ipod itself.

edit, you dont need to control through the deck lol... but its still easier for me

The reason I dont want to control through the deck (well, its not for me) is because theres about 5-8000 songs on the ipod. I figured it would be easier to just use the ipod instead. Plus its an ipod touch so thats kinda easy too.
