Pioneer DEH-P5900IB

My mom has a newer van i'm not sure on what exactly but the stock cd player comes up saying the radio station with the name after for example 102.5 WIOG. I have a pioneer deh-p5900ib but the only thing that displays is the station such as 102.5. most aftermarket radios done have RDS, RDS is what converts the fm signal to read text

get xm, it will display the title
